Q: Description says 100% leather. Is this true?

I am fairly certain there is no leather at all.

Q: The gray/lime version and yellow version appear to have the same pictures. Are they actually different?

Yes, the ones labeled yellow are actually the hot pink ones. They just have a yellow interior.

Q: Whats the cushioning like with these? I ordered the escalate but returned they where way to soft

These are a little bit stiffer, But a lot more breathable and lighter. I have the Escalate too.

Q: What is the difference between vanish-r and vanish-xc?

They are very different shoes. While both minimal, the xc has a bit more traction, less cushioning. The road shoe has a bit of cushion, which feels great initially, only lasts about 100 miles.
