Is this a scrub or just cleansing lotion?

Disappointing product. More of a scrub. Consistency so thick it was impossible to squeeze out of the tube especially with wet hands. I gave up and cut the end off the tube and put product into another container and added water to make it more use able. In fact I cannot recommend this to anyone as I haven't used the product I transferred as yet. Perhaps I got a faulty batch.?????
