The lock mechanism is a little tricky to get it to open. I don’t set the combination and I have trouble getting it to open every time

I wanted to like this but am very frustrated that it was not quality checked before shipping. The right side of double lock has never let me open it. I have passed the deadline to return it so I guess I am stuck with it. I would mind if only one side locked and it could be used. But the locked side is like it is welded shut, making it impossible to open or use. Frustrating.

Latch fell off if the bag after light use. Wouldn't recommend this product if you need it to take your documents with you securely. I bought this product to go in a safe that was not fireproof so I don't need it to lock. Hopefully I never have to find out if the fireproof portion of this product works.

Had been looking for a portable file folder for work but most were big and bulky. Not ideal for carrying around everywhere.Took my chances on this even though I was reluctant, wondering how it would possibly open far enough to browse and sort.Although I haven’t filed all papers, yet, I’m pleasantly surprised at how much room it has and how far it opens for easy searching!

This file folder is sturdy and works well to organize multiple file types and categories.I'm using it to manage my financial portfolios, but it would work well for those who are on the go quite a lot.Cheaper plastic folders are harder to work with. This folder will open up and allow easy, comfortable searching without the plastic hurting your fingers - and is worth the extra price.

Found this product looks nice and seems like it would serve it's purpose. However just unlocking the case at the very start was overly difficult. Once opened, we just could not figure out the locking mechanism again. We're still using it very awkwardly by not locking it, so I could've just gotten a regular accordion file folder to serve the same purpose. I also wished it included instructions instead of having Mr log into Amazon to read the description section on use.It is pointless to return and I will obviously not purchase again or recommend for anyone to buy.
