Great for getting my feet warm when I go to bed.
It is easy to warm up in the microwave. Do 1 minute for each regular pad. I usually use 2 for my feet and 1 for my back. Usually I go to sleep with them still in bed with me and that seems to work fine. My feet stay warm when I am asleep, so I do not need to get up to reheat them.

No cord needed
Just heat it up. No cords to full with. Nice gentle heat.

great for aid my frozen shoulder
My husband says it is great, as he doesn't have to hold it in place. It heats in a minute in the microwave so he's not tied to a cord while he wears it. Excellent quality.

Confused picture doesn’t match order!!
The picture looks like you get 4 pads, but when I received it I only had one - the large one 14x18. So I paid $46 for one paid? Looks like I can pay another $30 for the next smaller one which is 9x12, but don’t see how to order the next two.

size isn’t even close to 9x12
Fake product mislabeled size supposed to be 9x12 as I normally order from doctors catalog . These are not the same and misrepresented size . They are fake ! Sent back ! Look at actual measurements not 9x12
