CarlisleSmooth Lawn & Garden Tire - 11X4-5

I needed some new tires for my aquacart jet ski cart. These were the same brand and size that came on it originally.Great tires and are hard to get on. Especially on a plastic rim which you need to naturally be more careful with.These tires shipped without box and with labels right on tire. I understand why they shipped the way they did, because they are tires, but I would have preferred them to ship within a box for general protection. These tires are not as robust as a car tire and the smooth outside surface makes the tires potentially more prone to damage.

After finding it consuming trying to locate complete wheel assemblies with a 3/4" center hub I bought these replacement tires and inner tubes (B088NGL3FH) as well. They were duplicates of my old, worn to threads, wouldn't hold air, Carlisle's at a great price compared. Swapped them out in a few minutes since just had to unbolt\re-bolt rims together versus tire iron myself to death, then quickly mowed the yard and subdivision. Worked as expected. Should hopefully get a few years out of them and I'd recommend\order them again for sure!

This was he correct size for my cub cadet riding lawn mower and I have had no issues with its function, it has maintain tire pressure with no leaking unlike the tire it replaced. However it was beyond my abilities to fit the tire to the wheel and my local tire shop struggled for 20min with two guys need and a bunch of special tire tools to complete it. Also the tire require a high volume air inflator and compression around its circumference to inflate.Hopefully it will last years.

If you're not experienced changing small tires, you're in for some fun. You'll probably need to take it to a shop. These tires are so small and stiff it's very difficult to do with hand tools.This tire is also slightly lower profile than the 2-ply OEM tire that you're probably replacing. So unless you replace both tires, your mower will lean slightly.And why are these little tires so expensive?
