Q: can pouring paints be used to paint landscape on canvas?

Honestly? I would love to see that. I have never heard of anyone trying it before but I don't see the harm in it.

Q: are the paints opaque?

Generally, yes. However, if you paint a bright or dark background and wish to layer on top of background you'll likely need to use a thin layer of watery white to keep your colors on top of background rather than mixed into background. A few layers of the color applied on top of watery white may be necessary.

Q: Can these be used for acrylic pouring projects?

You would have to thin out the paint, maybe mix with alcohol, but there are paints specifically made for pouring projects.

Q: Can i use it on fabric also?

Acrylic will go on most anything, just beware on solids it will flake off. As for fabrics, in the classes where I've taught acrylic canvas painting I always warn people to wear aprons because my clothes will testify to the fact the paint stays despite washings
