Book has tons of recipes
Book is full of recipes & has some we never tried before. First 2 we tries we liked - Broccoli Hash Browns & Plant-Based Parmesan Cheese. These were great separately, but excellent together; added a picture. Only reason we did not give this book 5 stars is because it does what many recipe books do, and give you use a head of broccoli instead of a measurement. A head can be many sizes, give any amount - 2 cups, 3 cups, etc. Also like that the book packs as many recipes on each page as is possible; makes for a concise book, instead of large & heavy book. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking to go plant-based or even if you just want to add some plant based meals in once in a while.

BEST Cookbook for a Beginner Starting a Plant Based Diet
This book has helped me immensely. I've had high cholesterol and some other health issues for a while. My doctor recommended I try to eat a plant based diet. I found this book and it has changed my life! I feel happier, healthier, and I even love the food! I've tried many recipes and they are easy for even a non-cook such as myself. This book is a must have!

Plant based isn't boring!
There are those who think eating plant-based is all about the soy or boring leaves. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Especially if you dig into the recipes here. They are rich in nutrients, content, and taste. There is truly a flavor for every palate, and it draws on many food types for a wide-variety of recipes. And they are easily organized my mealtime, breakfast or dinner or snack. And the best part is, they are easy to follow, especially for someone like me who likes to eat but doesn’t like to cook. This is a new tool in my cooking arsenal.

New Year, New Leaf literally speaking.
I bought the book because mainly to improve our diets as most of us in the family are a little over weight. I have two children that don't eat any greens and the nutritionist said we had to incorporate it into our foods. At first I thought it would be taken as punishment but after preparing some of the smoothies, soups and snacks they have surprisingly turned into rewards. I encourage anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change to consider this book to introduce new recipes and ideas into your diet!

Wide variety of recipes!
Plant Based has been my lifestyle for about a year now. This cookbook has increased the quality of my meals. It is difficult to come up with new dinners for the family when you are restricted to a small percentage of the grocery store. These recipes have something for everyone in our family.

Wow!
I'm new to plant based foods. I love that the recipes in this book are straight to the point, no fluff, no filler. I have several food allergies so I'll have to substitute somethings. There are so many options in this book! A good starting point for me even if I change things up.

Would Not Recommend
I wouldn't recommend this book because for one it uses oil, I believe that a true plant based lifestyle doesn't include oil, sugar, or salt. This book uses ingredients I don't want. Second, there are no pictures what so ever. Third, there are 3-4 recipes per page. It looks like someone was given a typing assignment and just started typing as many recipes on a page that they could fit. I'm surprised there wasn't a recipe for boiling water. If you know absolutely nothing about cooking, and want to get close to plant based eating then this book would be perfect.

Perfect for Plant Based Dieters
This cookbook seems to have everything you want to try from dinner ideas like Couscous & Quinoa Burgers to sweet treats like White Chocolate Fudge! I have been wanting to expand my ideas with eating more plant based meals and this book will surely help me with that. The recipes are neatly organized and use ingredients that you either have at home or are easy to get at the store. Even my daughter who is selective about what she eats thought this cookbook had great recipes! The beginning of the book even contains a section that discusses information about plant based diets. I thought that was a nice feature in the book. If you are just starting out and are interested in trying a plant based diet or at least some plant based recipes, I think this cookbook is for you!

Highly recommended
This amazing book contains 600 plants based recipes. It gives you an idea which ingredients you should for plant based cooking.It has very easy recipes of soups, stews, breakfast smoothies, easy and quick lunch dessert and sweet treats as well.It gives you a brief info of the benefits of plant based diet.I’ll highly recommend this cook book.

Excellent book
This book surprised me worth all the money. It has really easy and quick to cook delicious recipes prepared only with vegetables. And they are so many to choose from . Thanks to this book we can enjoy at least a day without animal products for dinner and nobody complains.lots and lots of super healthy recipes . Highley Recommended!

Excelente
Me encantó este libro, tiene recetas muy variadas como sopas, smoothies, ideas para el desayuno, platos fuertes, postres, etc. Es perfecto para realizar menús a base de vegetales, ideal si estas interesado en reducir tu consumo de productos de origen animal . Aparte de que tiene una gran variedad de recetas, los ingredientes que se requieren son fáciles de conseguir o que tenemos en nuestra cocina. Las recetas están muy bien explicadas paso a paso!! Sin duda es un libro que vale la pena tener en tu colección.
