This should be taken off this site to be quite honest. This looks like something you get in a happy meal or the 99 cent store. You need a micro screwdriver and 3 AAA batteries to make matters more challenging. I would definitely skip this purchase.

We got this for our daughter in 2020. It’s been used and abused since. It’s been used as a reading lamp before our daughter goes to sleep most nights. It’s been launched off the top of a high sleeper more times than I’m probably aware of.The only thing that has broken is the handle in the past week, hence my return here and review.It IS a pain to open to lantern from torch. It is also a pain to unscrew to put new batteries in. But its usage and hardiness out weighs those two things.That said, I definitely didn’t pay £19.99 for it (as it’s priced today) and I wouldn’t repurchase for that price.
