Returning as missing pieces, box not tightly sealed and it's chrome not brushed steel as described.

This is a great showerhead at a good price. When winter rolls around I recommend removing the entire unit and storing indoor until the hard freezes are over as even after draining, residual water may be present if all positions of the valve are not drained completely. A hard freeze cracked the valve portion but customer sevice was fast and refunded me to be able to purchase another.

The product is not durable. It randomly started spraying through the seam

My wife and i selected this shower because of its unique exposed look and because it was hundreds cheaper than other brands. After unboxing it we noticed the shower head had a small chip on it. We contacted the seller and after sending a picture and the order number we had a new fixture head within a couple of days. It took me a couple weeks get to the point of installing the shower unit because i did a complete bathroom remodel and order this ahead of time so that i would have everything on hand. To install a made a plywood template that was the same thickness as my backer board and the wall tile i selected. This allowed me to lone up the plumbing and not have to worry about the shower not being center because the npt adapters weren't lined up right. After i installed the rough plumbing i realized that i needed an extension bar to raise the shower head to the appropriate height. I again reached out to the seller and they quickly shipled it at no charge or cost. I then uninstalled everything and tiled the shower walls. One the grout was dried i then began installing the finished shower only to realize the the eschucheons were about a quarter inch shorter than what i needed. Reaching out a 3rd time, i was afraid that the seller would say that i was past my return point. However this was not the case and they sent me longer eschucheons that fit perfectly. All though this shower is "designed/designated" as an outdoor shower it works and looks great indoors. Do's Do make a template if you plan on self installing (so much easier) Do ensure that you have your final shower height selected before you drill in the tile for the shower rise mount. I learned this the hard way which is why i ended up contacting the seller about the longer eschucheons, otherwise i would have had more holes in my shower wall than i planned. Do contact the seller with questions or for support, they are quick to respond and helpful. I like the finish, good pressure. Fairly intuitive selector knob for choice of faucet/shower valve. but I do not like how the covers for the hot and cold valve connector is just sit there loose. They will fall off if bumped. They should’ve had a larger insert with a set screw like they do at the top of the bracket for the main faucet adjustment.

This outdoor shower is exactly what I needed. Foot washing selector or hand held wand help to keep beach sand outside. Overhead shower head works wonders to wash little kids or grownup heads as needed. Relatively easy install with intuitive instructions. Great fitting parts and NO leaks. Temp control valve is balanced (meaning if hot or cold water is shut off or drops in pressure the other water line is limited or stopped so no one can get scaled or frozen by sudden pressure changes.) All at a reasonable price.
