Q: I want to use this as decor for seating card holders,If you bend the teeth do they stay closed on their own?

No... We put them in the center of donuts and they kept popping out.. Cause they had a hard time staying together. They are pretty stiff! But I am sure you could put some super glue or something?? Cute idea btw!

Q: Is each set of teeth individually wrapped?

No they were not individually wrapped. I think if they were they might have cost more then.

Q: What kind of plastic? Are these BPA free?

Based on good price and not high end material, I'm assuming they are not BPA free. They were PERFECT for party decorations but I would not encourage wearing them in mouth.
