They have revised these and Pretty good so far!
Had them installed for about 10 days. My JK is blacked out and these turns were one of the only things left on my jeep that wasn't blacked out. These fixed that and love the blacked out grill now. Because the lens is dark smoke tinted, the lighting is not quite as bright as it would be through a clear or amber lens, but you have to expect that when you order the smoked lens, you can't have it both ways. But the lighting is bright enough, especially from straight on. I have halo headlights that blink yellow/amber when turns are on so I get halo blinker and these turns blinking and that is plenty of signal indication. I've done all my own mods on my JK and a couple of Harley's so the install on these is pretty simple and straightforward if you have any mechanical skill. The housing is a bit difficult to get tabs locked into place but I just simply used a flathead screwdriver to coax the tab out to lock and it finally snapped into place. They are a snug fit and I like that; much better than if they were sloppy and loose for sure. On the wiring, if you don't care about having the white bars as a DRL, then just plug and play and you're good to go. Since the JK doesn't have factory DRL function, I have a fusetap that I used for wiring my Halo's as a DRL so I just jumped the middle (white) wire of the plug harness over to my DRL wire from my headlights and the white bars light up along with my Halo's when I turn the key on and function as DRLs. They look great too! It should be noted, these lights have been updated/revised from the originals that were offered here. The older ones had an open housing on the back and a different wiring harness; you can see them in some of the pics here. These updated versions seem much better build quality, much better wiring harness and closed housing. I'm happy so far with these and if they last, and I believe they will, I will be stoked with them. One more thing... I thought I had an issue with one of these initially, but it was my old wiring harness, once I figured that out, I fixed it and the lights work perfect. But I did contact their customer service and they promptly emailed me back and offered me a return/replacement or to just simply do a return through Amazon. But I like that they were quick to respond and offer help, that does give me confidence that they do have good customer service.

First off nothing is ever perfect. Especially with aftermarket parts for a JK
First off nothing is ever perfect. Especially with aftermarket parts for a JK. Having said that. These lights are great. They did not line up perfectly, but with the help of my Dremel, I made it work. Everything works as it should. I ran the red wire to the fuse box to engage the DRL...which look awesome. (could have been a little brighter, but no biggie). Nothing but compliments from other JK owners. I went the extra step using my AEV tuning module, and I made my turn signals full time DRLs. So the amber and the white lights illuminate during the day. But at night only the white lights light up...which is pretty cool.

They are Awesome and they blink when the headlights are on, unlike most other LED marker lights.
They are Awesome. We have black grill inserts in our 2012 JK wrangler that have louvers that go up and down, so the look of these match really well. I wired the white LED lights that run up and down to turn on when the marker lights are suppose to be on. Because unless you do that or hook up a daytime running light setup they will never turn on. It is easy on the Wrangler There are three wires running to your stock marker light harness. The middle one is for the marker lights the black one on the end is the ground and the one opposite of the ground is the turn signal(colors of the wires may vary except for the ground it is black). So I spliced into the middle one and connected it to the extra single wire that is sticking out of the back of the fixture(not the one with the connector that's for the capacitor). I tried a few other led markers they sell on Amazon and sent them back most of them you have to chose either marker or turn signal because they use the same LEDs so when the headlights are on they won't blink.

They do look good...but went out in 4 months
I liked these lights because I hadn’t seen them on any Jeep in my area. They look good. They fit without having to modify anything. The problem I had was 1 part didn’t connect exactly right. On 1 light the piece that plugs into the factory harness didn’t work so well. If you plugged it all the way in it didn’t work. So after working with it for a while I figured out it had to be pulled out a little. I ended up taping the harness. Which the other side was great you actually plugged it all the way in. So that is why I gave 4 stars. Hopefully I don’t have any problems with it down the road. I will see how it works out.//// 4 months later I have to change my 4 stars to 1 that plug has went out. With the bumper I have on my Jeep you can't reach the foglight without having to pretty much take the bumper almost all the way off. So looks like I will have to try that when I get time. So a few hours to do all this just to see if it will work. Just my luck it has a 90 day warranty and right after that it goes out.

When I first installed these I thought they had no DR lights even though that's the coolest part about them. Under further investigation there was no wire for it like the instructions stated and I couldn't see any evidence of this feature actually being there. Next day I drove to work and got out to unlock my gate and THEY ARE ON. they are there just kind of confusing with instructions. My fog lights had a second wire for the halo I figured this would be the same but I was wrong. I regret my last review!

The lights look great - when they work. The connections seems dicey at best and the connection pins inside the harness are loose and don’t make a constant connection. One of the lights clicked right into place where the other one required quite a bit of modification to fit. I should have know better and just boxed them up and returned them. Instead, I had to fix the wiring, adjust the connection slots on my grille, and then hope that they’d work. They didn’t. Constant connection issues and dashboard warnings. That’s what I get for expecting something to work as described. Buyers beware in this one.

The smoked glass makes these look awesome and I love the daytime running horizontal white lines that come on. The turn signals are amber underneath the lines and looks cool as well! 10 stars!!

Reason for a 4 star is I thought they would’ve been brighter. But nice looking lights
