Q: why does she have slytherin robes when she is supposed to be in griffindor robes

In the scene of which Hermione drank the Polyjuice potion, she was supposed to turn into a slytherin to go with Ron and Harry, who were trying into Crabbe and Goyle. Hermione was supposed to turn into Millicent, a Slytherin girl, but accidentally took a cat hair instead of one of Millicent's hairs. She was all ready to go when it happend.
