If your looking at these, let me start by telling you I am so sorry for your loss. I know that pain. I can also tell you that this is a beautiful and extremely tasteful memorial urn. Christian was our wonderful 65 pound dog that had a personalized cremation, meaning it was just him and his bow tie. Your best friends picture will be displayed in the front compartment and then his ashes will go in the back compartment. We had enough room to put a milkbone and a few other small momentos . We are pleased with our choice and would highly recommend.

I hate that we had to purchase this in the first place, but all things considered, I'm glad we did.-It arrived VERY quickly. The crematorium offered a catalog of urns, but said it would take a week to ship, plus a few more days if we wanted one engraved. This urn was not only priced better, but it only took 3 days to arrive from when I placed the order, even with the personalized plaque. This meant we were able to bring her remains home faster and start the healing process sooner.-I like that it's made of solid wood and not pressed fiberboard, so it will stay beautiful for a very long time.-Sadie was 65 pounds, and her cremated remains fit very well inside the medium-sized urn.-The compartments for the ashes and photo are separated, so you don't have to worry about handling or viewing the remains if you decide to change photos.If you're considering buying this urn, I say go for it. I'm so sorry for your loss. Hopefully you can look at this memorial and the picture you put in it and remember the good times.

I purchased the medium urn for my 90lb dog. There was more than enough room for his ashes to fit. The urn itself is solid, heavy, and beautiful real wood. The engraving was done perfectly and looks wonderful. It arrived a few days sooner than was expected. I am extremely happy with this purchase and so happy my dog has a beautiful urn to rest in. It was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these urns to other pet owners.

My sweet Lulu left this earth on Jan. 5th and I wanted something more personal and meaningful then the plastic, standard urn she came in. When I came across this I thought it was absolutely perfect to have a picture with a personal engraving on it. I just received it today and I couldn’t be happier with it. Very nice workmanship and good quality wood. If you’re looking for something of great quality, I would highly recommend this urn. I ordered it on Jan. 9th, it was shipped on the 10th and received it the 14th. They also packaged it very well. Thank you so much for making my girls final resting place beautiful.

I purchased the medium-sized photo urn after my sweet Zoso passed on November 13th. She was 52 pounds and her ashes take up approximately half of the space in the back compartment. I wanted a bigger urn, with the ability to put a 4x6 photo in the front, which is why I went with the medium size.The box is really nice quality and is a fitting memorial for a beautiful soul. Customer service is great. I messaged them after ordering to confirm that the text I submitted was correct and requested paw print clip-art on each side of her name, which they added. Total time from order to my door was 3 business day, which was pretty impressive. I'm very happy with the purchase. It was much cheaper than the local pet cemetery charges for essentially the same thing.

This was a beautifully made memorial piece for our dog. The seller emailed back immediately when I contacted them to make sure that my engraving request was correct. When it arrived, it was better than anticipated as the wood is gorgeous and the engraving was perfect. I especially like the hinged frame so you can switch out photos easily. Although losing our dog has been heartbreaking, it was nice to find something beautiful like this to memorialize him.

This is absolutely beautiful and well constructed. It accommodated the ashes of my 100 pound dog. It was well packaged and appropriately protected. I had the engraving done right into the wood but the bronze plaque was included (engraved) as well. We placed it on a picture for my son to keep in his room.

We ordered this after losing our dog, but before we received her cremains not knowing that her cremains would be returned in a sealed oak urn. Our review is three-part: (1) very quick turnaround--we received the urn with the engraved plaque really quickly (less than a week); (2) high-quality product--the urn & plaque were beautiful and appropriate for classy display in a common room; and (3) customer service was excellent! We didn't know our dog's remains would be returned to us by the vet in a sealed oak box, and we didn't have the heart to open the oak box to move her remains to this urn. (We would have preferred to do so, because this urn is prettier than the oak box, but we literally could not even contemplate doing so without crying.) We contacted the seller about returning the box & retaining the engraved plaque. They were really good about it! We didn't receive a full refund--and we didn't expect it, given that we retained the plaque--but we received an appropriate refund under the circumstances. We would highly recommend this seller & this product. And thank you to the seller for your kindness in such a tough situation.
