This is a well made product. I do have one for an older phone. But the one I just bought for my new phone is too small and is not returnable to the seller. Whence my disappointment.

I purchased 2 of these small smart phone cases because I thought they would fit my iPhone 4. It turned out that they were too big for my iPhone 4, even though I have a rubberized protective shell that covers the back and sides of my phone. My husband also has an iPhone 4 and he has the Otter, fully protective case on his phone. This 'small' phone case is large enough for his phone to fit into. I'm disappointed with the written description of this smart phone case because the description states that it is for a small smart phone, not an iPhone that is covered in an Otter protective case. The other issue is that the belt clip is not strong enough to keep the phone case on your belt when you remove the phone from the case. The only way he can keep his phone and this case from falling off, is to run his belt though the opening at the back of the smart phone case.

This is a good holster for my Motorola DEFY with a carbon case. I would have rated it 5 stars had the stitching not quickly started to come undone around the belt clip and the velcro hooks had gone a little lower.However, I just applied some Locktite for Fabrics to secure the stitching and attached an additional lower section of velcro hooks (glued with the Locktite) and it has worked great since. Now my DEFY is snug and I like the two ways I can wear it - slip it on or off belt/pants with the metal clip OR slip my belt through the fabric belt loop for a real secure fit.

Holds my memo recorder snugly (it used to fall out of my pocket-----don't have that problem anymore). Doesn't get in the way. Looks nice. Eventually, it wears out (like everything else), but it still lasts a good long time before I have to get another one. Cheap price to pay to keep from losing your electronic item. Definitely worth getting.

UPDATE - absolutely no stick in the velcro. Tight fit holds the phone in. Old 4S iphone with a case logic plastic case will fit but it is tight. It is stretching out a bit so it is going to be fine. Seems well made. I will see how long the velcro lasts. Overall, good so far.

this is ok for the price. I work maintenance construction and any clip on and or belt loop option Phone Holsters take a beating. This is the best on I found yet, not only because it is like $6.00, but it is rugged. What would make this product 100% better is if they strengthen the fabric that the clip is on to the actual body of holster, is is separate and sewn on only around outside of rectangle piece of nylon fabric and is the weakest point of product and that part is tearing away from body of holdster

Appears to be really well-made .. will hold my iPhone4 without the phone in protective case, but a bit small to hold the phone inside Otter protective case. Would really love to find same item from this vendor upsized to hold phone in Otter protective case - that's a five star rating for sure!

Bought this case to replace my hubby's previous case. He is thrilled it fit his phone perfectly and fit great on his work belt. The case is sturdy yet flexible to fit around the phone. The clip on the back is slides perfectly into a slot on the back so that it could be removed if the buyer wanted to remove it but is NOT lose so no risk of the case sliding off. The front flap is locked with velco and is not easily opened UNLESS you want to open it so no risk of it slipping open on accident. Great case!
