poor documentation, immature product
The documentation is poor and messy, the technical support average at most. As a whole, the product is promising, but seems just too immature and incomplete, not ready for the serious production use. The device works fine as long as there is a simple logic that can be pre-programmed in it, and connected to let's say a printer. Any software interaction with it is a pain and hardly reliable.
