I have purchased through Hey Boo at least five times. The last three bags came ripped, unsealed, or flat out open. This is a food product. To have it spill all over a non-foodsafe plastic envelope (and often, it poofs out of that stupid bag, too, covering my whole order with a white powder that turns sticky if it gets remotely wet) is a gross waste of money.You're a bulk food company. Get your freaking packaging sorted out. The last bag I bought from you is the last bag I'll be buying from you. Bottom seam just completely ripped. I have bought their maltodextrin before in the 1 lb packaging before. Glad they came up with a bigger packaging, which is an even better value for such a great quality product! I highly recommend!

I like the packaging, mylar helps to preserve freshness. No issue with the seal on mine, all looks great. As far as the product goes, it works as you would expect this ingredient to. I have teenage athletes so we use it in shakes, and also to thicken soups.Two thumbs up.

When I received my order for this item, I opened up the bag and half of the contents had spilled out due to a faulty seam on the bag. Unless this manufacture changes its packaging, I would not recommend ordering this particular brand unless you want half the contents to have to be tossed in trash for contamination.

Package is not factory sealed. It’s an opened package placed inside another plastic bag. Both of these bags have holes in them. The dust is all over the box inside and out. This can’t be possible.
