Great game, no guessing required
This game was a great logic puzzle. Sometimes games like these require leaps of logic or guessing. This one did not. All the clues were there, you just have to think through the information you’ve been given in order to solve the puzzles. We have bought quite a few of these Exit games, and this one is one our favorites. Unlike other Exit games, if you don’t mark the components on this one, it can be played again by others. We appreciated that. As always, the Exit games are well presented, challenging, but solvable. The colorful graphics and well-constructed pieces make it pleasing to the eye. I strongly recommend this one!

Who done it??
This was one of the best EXIT games we’ve done so far. Playtime was a little over two hours for four 24 year olds. Best bang for your buck when it comes to entertainment. Captivating quality. No missing pieces, a ton of cool different clues. Very easy to understand how to play. We always have them in our camper, great travel size, we can fit like twelve in a tiny box!

Love the puzzles in this game. So far, it's my favorite of the Exit: The Game series.

So Much Fun
I really like these Exit games. It makes for a really fun game night with my teens. The structure of the game changes a bit from game to game, but there is enough uniqueness to make each game stay fresh. I know the downside is that you can only play the game once, since some parts are interactive and get destroyed while playing, but even at it being a one-time only game, it's still cheaper than going out to dinner or the movies. If you wanted to keep all the parts pristine to pass along to someone else, you can photo copy anything you are about to mark, cut, etc. Then pass the game along to someone else.

Favorite Exit Game to date.
I've played most of the Exit Game series so far and this is my favorite to date. The puzzles were challenging and at times I felt stuck, but then I would step back and realize I had been staring at the solution all along. With two of us it took two hours but this is the first game I was able to get through with zero hints. It felt like quite the ACHIEVEMENT. *I should note that the experience of completing at least a dozen other Exit games really helps. It would still have been fun but I would have needed hints on half the clues if this was my first go around.

Fun!
We had a great time with this game. Started with six playing but ended with three. We found the directions a little difficult to follow. Maybe it was because there were six different opinions! Took us a long time to get to the answer. We played well past an hour. Anyway it was an adventure.

Good game
This game has multiple challenging puzzles and mind games that in the right setting could be great family fun. In my case, it caused a divorce of a 12 year marriage, my children hate me, my ex wife is dating my neighbor, and I’m pretty sure it’s the cause to my esophagus cancer. Pretty good game though. Would recommend to a friend.

One of our favorites!
My husband, oldest two children (17 & 19), and I have completed many Exit games! Kidnapped in Fortune City was one our favorites! This game had many extra pieces and some very clever clues. We didn't perhaps score as high on this one as others, but the fun factor of this one was great. I would recommend this Exit game as well as many others.

Recommended!
Similar to Dead man on the Orient and Theft on Mississippi, this Kidnapped in Fortune City has a “who dunnit” element which is so up my alley and I’m totally digging it. It also has a lot of components in it compared to some of the other packs in this series. Great brain workout!

Very nice, but difficulty is lower then indicated
Very nice game. I played around 15 Exit games already and this one is definitely on a good level. As ome otehrs, this one has interesting element of getting all clues together to find out who is the actual criminal out of several presented. Only reason for 4 and not 5 is that its indicated difficulty is higher than it actually is. I would say comparing to other games actual difficulty is 2 out of 5 and not 3.5 of 5. Some riddles were too straight ahead.

One of the best EXIT Games we’ve played so far
The Thames & Kosmos EXIT: Kidnapped in Fortune City is probably one of the best escape room boxes we’ve played so far. We’ve been getting into the EXIT game series recently, and this one definitely stands out as one of our favorites. The puzzles were clever and fun to solve, and the theme was engaging throughout the whole game. Everything felt well designed and kept us interested until the end. We were expecting it to be a lot harder since it’s rated 4 out of 5 in difficulty, but in reality it felt a bit easier than we thought. That said, it was still very enjoyable and satisfying to complete. Overall: A really enjoyable escape room game and a great addition to the EXIT series. Definitely recommended if you enjoy puzzle and mystery games.
