Yes, I use it for big daikon and raw beets to make sheets. Works fantastic!!! Quality product. We use in a very busy sushi restaurant.

Q: This came with 2 or 3 thin plastic strips that look like they are screwed on over the blade. Any idea what this is for (maybe to reduce friction?)

it for adjusting the thickness of each slice

Q: is it include net blade cutter?

It does not. Only the straight sheeting blade.
