This is one of those things that need to be prepared properly, but after a second attempt it worked perfectly. A few people on here say how difficult it is to prepare, and yes, you have to do it right. First time for me, the water was not hot enough to soften it but second time worked. It fits perfectly and stays in place with minimal 'getting used to'. I only use it on the lower teeth as some say it falls down from the top, but if you're careful about moulding it to your teeth then it's held in extremely well by suction. Feels odd, but not at all uncomfortable, and I sleep well with it.No complaints from me -- just sorry that some find it too difficult or painful or loose fitting. Take your time, and leave it in the almost boiling water for 15 seconds, no longer!

An amazing product at a great price. I was told back last year at my dentist that I have TMJ because of how hard I constantly grind my teeth and that I would need teeth guards to help. I was quoted £400+ so I have been saving up over the last few months to get them, but thankfully I came across this item and for the prices they are absolutely amazing! They are comfortable, thick and are very durable. They do take a while to get used to but I love them and wouldn’t be without them!

Really sad to be writing this, as was hopeful that this would resolve my teeth grinding at night. Sadly, the smallest one, still feels way too big. The ridge rubs my gums making them sore, I dribble when it's in and constantly gagging. Haven't been able to keep it in more than 10 minutes and definitely can't sleep with it.

Arrived quick but don’t work for me.

Thought I'd leave it a few nights to write an accurate review since it felt like I was sleeping better. Turns out I absolutely am. Ordered this at 3am during a bad night where I could not stop clenching. Now I'm not waking up with jaw pain! It's weird because I also don't seem to be clenching my jaw as much during the day now either. Pretty easy to mold. It does say let the boiled water sit which I did and no melting etc. I have a pretty large gob and the smaller one fits fine, but might try mold the othwrs too

I didn’t realize how badly I was grinding my teeth until I started waking up with jaw pain and headaches. This mouth guard changed that almost overnight.It was easy to mold, fits well, and doesn’t feel bulky. I actually forget it’s there once I fall asleep. Within a few days, the soreness was gone and I’m sleeping more comfortably.If you grind your teeth like I do, this little thing makes a big difference. Totally worth it.

My dentist told me I needed to get one of these as I grind my teeth so much in my sleep. The cost of the one my dentist recommended was so high I was put off… until I found this product which was a great alternative! Honestly a life saver and I’ve noticed a huge difference already after just a few days.

Ok for the price, but it wouldn’t fit perfectly. I bit too hard and my tooth came through. Ok as a temporary measure.
