Can this be used on granite counter tops?

Yes. We used it on a grantite-topped buffet and it worked well to both clean and add a shine to the granite.

How does this do with taking price tags and labels off plastics? Does it damage the plastic?

I have never used Citra Solve on plastic. I use Citra Solve on shirts, pants and table cloths to get grease stains out. Ciitra Solve works great for this purpose.

does the scent linger for a while?

It has a natural scent that doesn’t hang around. My husband is very sensitive to cleaning compounds and has no trouble with citrasolv.
