Good value
Works great after 2 summers of use. I replaced a paper cartridge filter with this sand one and I do recommend sand over cartridge due to continuously having the take out the cartridge and clean it (major pain). Be careful attaching fittings due to the plastic can crack if over tightened. Use teflon tape to assure no fitting leaks. Filters as good as cartridge filters. Good value.

Sand filter works as promised. However, this company gets ZERO stars for customer support! Minimal replacement parts available and after finding the part I needed, it has now been 2 weeks since I ordered it and have yet to receive it. All I get from their Customer Support is, “it’s on the way sir”, while their website shows 1-4 days shipping.Worst customer support I have ever experienced with a purchase from Amazon. Please save yourself a lot of heartache and purchase your product somewhere else! Do not do business with this foreign company!

Hopefully lasts more than 2 years. Otherwise should buy Name Brand.
Filter seems to be working well. Rubber o-ring was cut in box when received, so had to use old o-ring to go around head of filter control. Now seems to have a slight leak when running. Was going to try and e-mail to see if can get a replacement. Probably will just run to Green Bay for a new one.
