150 lbs psi. Inlet is 1" NPT Outlet is 3/8" NPT

Q: does this work with a nova 3 blast helmet?

It should work ok. Manufacturers recommend you use the same manufacturers products together as they are made to go together. I could get you a Nova filter if you want to keep your system all the same. Bill Begani

Q: Does it come with a Cartrage in it?

Yes, it comes with a cartridge in it

Q: Can you run 2 apollo 600's from 1 cpf-20 or must you buy 2?

You can run 2 hoods off the CPF-20. If you wanted to run anymore than that, you would need to go with the CPF-80 which can run up to 4 hoods.
