Best Product on the Market!
Over the last couple of years I tried many different products. Sealants, waxes, glazes, carnauba, everything! Some of those products were not cheap. My experiences with all those products varied because of the differences of the actual product. Some lasted awhile, and some were gone the next month. Some were a pain to apply and others were much simpler and faster. However, this product blows them all away. EASE OF USE. Very simply and easy to apply! I used one of those small applicators by P21S and it was easy and fast. Not to mention that its a spray-on product, their is also no waiting time as well. You wipe on the product and wipe off before it dries. So all I did was spray some of the product on the P21S applicator and go for a 2ft X 2ft area on my car. Also, you can use this product on plastics (such as bumpers and other plastics around the exterior of your car) and it leaves off a stock matte new looking finish. You can also use this product on windows instead of rainx as it gives off incredible beading and allows clearer visibility in the rain. APPLICATION. The product, unlike carnauba and some of the other heavy sealants out there, is very light and slick. Its almost as if you were cleaning your windows with glass cleaner but just a tad more sticky. Its very easy to over use the product so be careful with how much you spray as a spray or two can cover a lot of surface area on the vehicle you are working on. Pressure isn't needed as well. As mentioned before, its like glass cleaner, you apply it over the surface you want and then as soon as you applied it you go to wipe it off and the product has bonded. "SLICKNESS" Before purchasing this product, I read some negative reviews about how this product fails to give that "slick" feeling when touching the paint and I'm here to address that issue from what I have experienced so far. Firstly, one has to keep in mind that this is not a wax but a sealant. Sealants were never really known for giving off that "slick/smooth" feeling on the paint like waxes or glazes do (although there are a few that I used that did a very good job of giving the "wax feeling"). However, in general sealants are not very well known for that. Back to my experience. After applying it, I didn't really examine or touch it to feel the "slickness" until the next day. The paint feels very soft and does have a little bit of slickness to it. Keep in mind that this may vary by the car you drive, as some manufacturers paint their cars with hard paints (Audi) and other with softer paints (Toyota). In my situation I drive a 2014 Toyota and the paint is very soft. It may be due to the fact that the car is brand new, therefore the paint is still fresh and in its prime condition, but from experience I can tell that this product does add a bit of "slickness" to the paint. With all due respect, if you want the "slickness" feeling, go get a good carnauba and apply that on your car every 2-3 months. This is a sealant and will most likely exceed any carnauba's durability. In fact, the manufacturer claims that you can layer with this product so its not standalone. What this means is that you simply can go ahead and apply the sealant and top if off with a carnauba, or vice versa, which ever way you want it and it will be fine. However, I don't recommend topping it off or using it with another sealant on the same car. Generally, some detailers add a layer of sealant (such as this product) and top it off with a carnauba or a wax of their choice to give it some extra shine. In all honesty thou, this product is great as a standalone. Some sealants don't add any shine but have a sole purpose of strictly protecting your paint from harsh contaminants and what not, but this product does leave some what of a "wet" look on the paint so that was enough to satisfy me and keep me from the gruesome task of applying a carnauba over the sealant. DURABILITY. I will be editing this review in a few months and update you guys on the durability and how long it lasted for me. I live in California so the air quality is not so good and contamination is all over the place, and we have scorching summers. Keep in mind that the manufacturer and other detailers out there claim that the product lasts for 6 months in any kind of condition, so ill let everyone know how that holds up a little bit later. A quick mention about beading. It rained a little bit last night and I was able to see the beading. Yes I actually came outside and stared at my car roof as the rain kept going (neighbors must think im crazy). The beading was definitely on par with some of the "higher-end" products and carnaubas that I have used in the past and I am well satisfied. FINAL VERDICT. My Final Verdict. This product is a game changer in the detail industry! Not only does it save a ton of time when applying, but it also lasts a very long time (6months stated by manufacturer). Its also not an expensive product. Some of the waxes and sealants I own are worth $40-$60 a piece and that is not something people outside of the detail industry will spend their money on. The ease of application and the durability of this product is a well worth $30 investment for anyone, pro or weekend warrior. The product is extremely simply and easy to apply and does not take much time on an average car. I would definitely recommended this to anyone so if you are on the verge of purchasing this product but need that extra push to hit the buy button, hopefully this is it.

Amazing product
In increments of 5 years once in a while a superior product comes along. ...and this is one of them After using this for a year and a long history of detailing cars, this is a truly amazing product. ..super hydrophobic and longevity this is my new favorite. A note to those detailing ...not all paints are created equal. ..that being said ...results for different cars is subjective with any product . But for my testimony it's a super product. Update; I want to address some comments on this product. some have not seen the results I have, so i need to address these concerns 1st... you will have the best luck on a new or just buffed out paint 2nd....Yes you can apply this on ALL surfaces... plastic, rubber, glass and factory decals..but again would only do this on a new vehicle...not oxidized surfaces for the most effect. 3rd..do not apply in sun or hot surface and do not let dry before buff off One of the vehicles I applied this on was a new vehicle that was on a dealers lot for 7 months, I machined buffed the paint w/ Meguires MO316, then the applied the Net shield after, the reason for this is even as a new vehicle it will have developed some slight oxidation in that time frame sitting w/ out protection. another vehicle brand new custom ordered fresh out of the factory 30 days old...this is where you will see the best results as there is zero oxidation on it...and yes it works awesome on a that textured black plastic trim common on most vehicles...one year later the plastic still looks like I just picked it up...and this is without and post dressings...I don't use any other products on It. Just reapply Net shield again after 1 year. Update; 2yrs into using this product exclusively, haven't found anything that comes close for an all surface protection...had one vehicle driven to Austin Tx this year sitting parked under live oak trees in the rain, acidic drippings all over it for several days, drove it back home 800 miles and it looked like the application was finished, got out the pressure washer and foam cannon and washed it, cant believe its still kicking ass and still beading like new. will continue using this great product. The only negative if it is a negative is this is not a super slick feeling coating, but who cares, i'm not testing it for wind tunnel results.

Motorhome shine
I like a product that is easy to use and does a great job. I did a lot of searching to come up with Sonax Polymer Net Shield, with high recommendations from auto detailers. I have a 37 foot motorhome and tow a Chevy HHR. That is a lot of square footage to cover and I was a little unsure if there would be enough in the 2 cans that I ordered. Both the motorhome and car are done and there is just a tad left in the first can. The second can is untouched. I would say that you could get 3 or 4 cars covered in a single can. Sonax Polymer Net Shield isn't cheap but it applies on easy and buffs to a shine without a lot of elbow grease. I'm a senior guy so that is important to me. To wax with a carnuba wax and polish would likely cost just a much but with a lot more effort involved. I think the coverage will last more than 6 months but I'll just have to wait for that for 5 more months. So far it is great. Both vehicles shed water like crazy. Cleaning is a breeze. Black streaks common on motorhomes come off without vigorous rubbing.

Best Sheeting Product Ever. Weak Against Pollen.
I've never seen a car sheet water the way it does after applying this product. I have a black car and only noticed a few spots where it caused streaking on the paint. My application method was fairly simple - spray some on the sponge, maybe spray a bit on the panel, spread around, wipe off immediately. I applied after jeweling the paint with SF4500 and removing most of the polishing oils with a quick wash, so the surface was fairly well-prepped. I didn't notice any reduction or enhancement in the gloss department after applying Sonar PNS. Maybe a marginal cold / sealant-like reflection in direct sunlight, but that's completely subjective. Water sheets off the surface like a glass coating. It's impressive and really helps with drying time at first. However, I noticed that after the first wave of heavy pollen we had, the beading and sheeting properties had diminished quite a bit. I'm on my third wash since applying, and I'd say both characteristics have reduced to about 25% of what they were after I first applied. I've used Wizards Super Wash, Gold Class, and Zymol Auto Bath - nothing super harsh. It seems like others have experienced the same issue with this product. I'm not sure if it is weak against acidic contaminants in general, or just pollen, but that's just my experience. Still a great product. Might be better-suited for using after pollen season.

A Unique Product with Amazing Water Beading.
SPNS is truly a very interesting product but the right person. It works like Magic, water just flys off the paint, but has a highly unconventional application method and for me spotty reliability. APPLICATION: I apply this by spraying it onto a yellow foam applicator and spreading it over a 6-9 square inch area, it goes on easy enough, though there is a very unique, and frankly strange stickiness, and squeakiness I've never experiences with a paint sealant. Taking it off however is the tricky part, because of how it drys, you need to apply it quickly an take it off almost immediately, if you let it sit for like 30 seconds you've screwed yourself because now it doesn't want to come off. So if you get a hang of the application its a actually a very easy and clean application, no overused product soaked into you towels, no messy applicator and a pretty quick application. DURABILITY When you apply this right water behaves like it's coated, it just beads up and flys off, so I can only assume it creates a nice strong layer, duration however has been spotty, I live in the Northeast and so summers can get hot with abundant pollen and that has seemed to dull both the hydrophobic properties and durability noticeably. In winter surprisingly it does very well, 3-4 months with salt no problem, but pollen it doesn't like. VALUE Now the spray can has 7.1 oz of product, and while that might not be much for a regular sealant that might not seem like much but by virtue of the application and how unbelievably thin it goes Ive gotten about 5 applications of it on my mid sized E350 Mercedes and might have used 20-30 percent (aerosol can so hard to judge), so it certainly does go on a long way.

Best sealant, period
I've tried a ton of products on my various cars over the years, as I'm a bit particular about the one area of my life I can actually keep organized and clean - my car! I've tried a bunch of sealants and carnuba waxes and have always searched for the next, better thing. With this product, I almost certainly have found my holy grail. Pros: - Depth of shine is incredible. Definitely has some small ability to hide very minor imperfections, at least temporarily. - Easy application -- wipe on, wipe off, buff. - Durability is outrageous. I compared this to Collinite 476 and 845 in simultaneous application on two different cars. Prep was identical, but the durability of the Sonax is literally 2+ times longer than either of the other products, and still going. This is the first product I've used where 3 months of durability isn't a pipe dream. - Relatively cheap. I've done a full-sized minivan and a station wagon, and it feels like the can is about 3/4 full. No need to go hog wild and spray the stuff thick. Cons: - Not really a con, but make SURE you wipe on and wipe off/buff immediately. This stuff goes on easily but dries HARD, and the only way to remove if that happens is to reapply some more Sonax and then wipe/buff. Work in small sections and don't let it dry! Lastly, as with any wax/sealant, make sure to completely strip whatever wax sealant you've already got on your car with your favorite car wash (I prefer Dawn dishwashing liquid, YMMV) -- your experience with any car wax/sealant directly depends on the surface preparation. Try this stuff; it's really unbelievable.

Best synthetic sealant I've ever used
I have been a staunch Zaino user for approximately 3 years now. I recently moved into an apartment with an attached garage and was looking to switch up my car care routine, including the use of no-rinse products. After using a few other Sonax products with great success and based on other reviews, I decided to give the Polymer Net Shield a try. I am by no means an expert detailer, but I've spent a good deal of time and money over the past several years obsessively caring for my cars paint and testing my methods on family members and girlfriends cars. I've been a Zaino supporter for some time, but I have to say the PNS blows it out of the water. It's incredibly simple to use; you literally wipe on and wipe off. It takes some elbow grease for a streak free shine, but following up with the Sonax Quick Shine Detailer takes care of that. Of course prep work is important; my first application of the PNS was preceded by a wash, claybar, second wash, polish and isopropyl alcohol wash. The shine is phenomenal especially when paired with their detailing spray. I have a dark grey car and it really makes it pop; I'm sure it would be even better on a colored car. Lastly, the protection is down right amazing. Water is literally AFRAID of the paint surface. I've driven through the rain twice since applying it and you'd never know, there's no spattered water droplets around the wheel wells or base of the car. Water beading is beautiful on the flat surfaces. Polymer Net Shield and the Sonax products in general are my new go to. You won't be disappointed.

Spiegelglanz
