This doesn't seem to be a tubing mascara.

This is my favorite mascara ever! It dries quickly so you might have to wait a minute but it's not an issue at least to me. Try it you won't be sorry

Q: Does it work well for older women with thinning eyelashes?

I'm over 60 and it works! Lots of length and good volume. Essence Lash Princess is good too.
