Q: Is this just the shell or does it have a lining? if lining, is it removable?

Just the shell, and the zipper is already installed. Only issue I found is that the zipper is not the same as the standard one installed on the fleece lining. Might require a different brand, or for a zipper to be changed on the shell. It can be done.

Q: Does this come with an inner liner?

Unfortunatley the TruSpec H20 jackets do not come with an inner liner jacket. It is just the single waterproof shell.

Q: How much does it weigh? (I wear a small)

I couldn't tell you how much it weighs, but it's not an overly heavy cumbersome jacket. It's heavier than say an Arc'teryx Beta jacket, but not by much. It's a very tough jacket so it's not going to be a lightweight option. Without the liner it's a substantial rain jacket When you put the liner in it's more like a regular winter coat. This is the jacket for tough outdoor duty, not throwing on to run into the supermarket Hope that helps

Q: What's the thickness of the fabric on this jacket?

Thicker than a wet weather jacket, but not as thick as gore-tex. Add the optional liner and it can't be beat!!
