Very good value & quality product +good instructions for getting the job done.

Fitted a few of these over these on different phones for kids/family and myself. The trickiest part is getting the screen to unstick, but I use a Stanley blade, not the supplied plunger (as these don’t work). The battery holds decent charge and better than original. Much cheaper to do this yourself than send back to apple!

The kit is comprehensive and the installation easy. When installed, phone would not power up from battery. Plugged the power lead in, phone started and showed 64%. Took the lead out, phone switched off. Plugged lead in, charged to 100%, left on charge for several hours.Unplugged the charger, running on battery. After about 3 hours of light use, battery at 90%, phone switched off. Plugged charger in, phone re-started, battery showed 84%. Charged for a little bit, some more phone shutdowns with lead out. Left overnight, only lost about 2% charge. Tried to open an app, phone shut down.Short version, this battery does not support phone operation reliably. Fully prepared to accept I may have been unlucky and got a duff battery, but this is my experience.Have contacted the seller, only yesterday evening, awaiting reply.Amazon immediately refunded the full cost.

My previous battery was at 82% battery life with normal under the battery health.I decided to change the battery, something i have done 100 times before with no issues.this time however the battery said it had 1% so i put it on charge except the battery wouldn't charge.I had a look at the settings and it said battery health needed service, so i replaced my original battery back in the had approximately 90% battery charge and it said 1% and battery needed service.I spoke to an apple accredited repair centre who said the phone is damaged vbeyond repair due to the charging ic being damaged by the battery that had put more power out than it should have.so long story short bought this battery, it broke my phone, now im without a phone.DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

Very easy to change with the QR code link to YouTube, tools are of a high standard. But most of all the battery lasts!!! My old battery was at 80% performance and was originally very good but this battery is definitely an upgrade.
