Assisted 41" Pull-Up Band, Resistance & Stretch, Powerlifting & Pull-up Assist Loop (Single Band)

I'm in love with these bands! I would've loved to buy these from another retailer online that i appreciate, but the price on amazon, as well as the free shipping with prime, and my frugal nature- made these too good to pass up! I also have a sneaking suspicion that all of these different band companies are getting them from the same factory in China. The band itself is being used to help me with some stretching as well as high rep triceps pushdowns. I have a chronic issue with a tendon/ligament being inflamed and got the idea of potentially strengthening it by doing high rep low weight exercises from Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell. Louie has his guys to leg curls of 200 reps with light weights to strengthen the tendons in their legs. And I thought the same thing might alleviate my elbow issue. It has been feeling better, but Idk if that is stretching related or doing the pushdowns. I have one of my trainees who couldn't normally do pull ups use this band around the bar and his knee to be able to get in some reps. These bands are well made, have a variety of uses, and I would 100% recommend them!

This band is analogous to other brands that are red in color, indicating the thickness and width. It is good quality, robust enough to last.

Super useful during Covid when all the gyms were closed. Very durable and i still use it now for warmups before benching. Only thing i have to complain about is the rubber smell still even after years of having it and of use

Feels very sturdy. Needs a bit of stretch at first for it to really work, but that's it. I have a bit of a thin frame, so it's a bit too big, but for most people, the length is probably good. I can still work with it. I wish there was a guide on which to band to buy though...I ended up buying too strong and had to work my way up to it.

I purchased the green and purple bands for exercise classes to rehab my right knee and couldn't be more happier because the strengthening exercises requires the use of bands for the hip, ham string and gluteus including assisted squats with the Green Band. You have to do 100 squats in order to pass phase one of the exercise routine which I couldn't do until I purchased my Serious Steel Green Band. Whereas I could only do 40 using a belt, I can now do 110 using the Green Band with no problem whatsoever at my Gym. I also received a pdf version of the user guide along with great stretching routines that I use on a daily basis. This is a fantastic product and works better than advertised and I have no hesitation giving it FIVE STARS!!!

I have been using several of these bands as part of physical therapy for a severe ankle injury. I have the green, blue, red and purple and use them for a number of activities involving stretching, resistance, and support (to take some of the weight off my leg during certain exercises). In some cases I double or triple the band to get the right length and resistance. This purchase was well worth it as using the bands at home is helping me to progress faster.

It works as intended, I'm a lanky person so i ordered these to help grow my shoulders for work, I'm 5 10 and it's a perfect height for shoulder press and I have yet to be worried about it breaking. However it came in this talcum powder like coating that will sting and irritate your eyes and skin if you don't wear long sleeves. I've scrubbed the whole band and it still will not come off so be aware of that and don't touch your eyes without washing your hands when you use it. I'm not allergic to latex or anything like that so it's definitely the coating.

The resistance band (purple) looks much bigger in the picture but actually is smaller. I have started using it and it seems ok as of now in terms of resistance it provides. The biggest let down is the rubber smell that comes from the band. I have another heavy duty resistance band from another vendor with me and it is much more better, doesn't smell and looks far superior than this one. I purchased this as I got this as recommendation from one of the popular Fitness YouTube channel. I feel disappointed though as I paid almost 2000 rupees for this and got a sub-standard product.

Performs very well for hand exercises. No hand issues as I never use gloves. Exactly what a customer expects from a top resistance band company. I got what I paid for. The stretch for range of motion is perfect. I only used the bands with anchor points that are polished steel snap hooks and carabiners. I never use the fabric door anchors that cause excess friction to the bands.

Band lasted through a year of heavy use - used 5 days a week - excellent product - once the band started to deteriorate I contacted the seller and they shipped me brand new bands - I bought 2 orange, 2 purple, one blue and one black - great product and amazing service

I've enjoyed using this resistance band a lot. I use it for so many different exercises and it is great! However, now that I am using it more often due to working out at home, it has begun ripping. I am honestly scared to keep using it now as I fear it will rip while I am using it and I'll injure myself.

I have the x3 bar but was nursing a shoulder injury so needed a lighter band. This fit the need perfectly!
