This is a classic folding table and chairs. The top of the table is padded as are the chair seats. The size is perfect for small children between the ages of 1-6. The quality is very high quality. The setup only takes seconds. It is very sturdy and adorable. Colors are very pretty. The cost for this quality is excellent. There were no missing parts or loose bolts. I will use this often when my grandchildren visit. The, it will break down in seconds and store away in the garage. I highly recommend.

If you're old enough you will remember when the label "Made In Japan" was a mark of a cheaply made product. Eventually the Japanese manufacturers discovered that the American market demanded quality, not something that would break or malfunction in a few weeks. Their development, manufacture, and delivery of high quality automobiles revolutionized the auto industry. Being "Made in Japan" is now a sign of quality. Now China is going through the same growing pains. Their initial products were based more on low price than enduring quality. People became fed up with inferior products produced in China and refused to buy them. Product developers realized that taking the low bid on manufacturing their products could result in basically cheap "knockoffs" of what they wanted presented to the market. Finally they smartened up and demanded that their products be produced with good materials and qualified labor. I'm happy to say that the Kids Colorful Folding Table and Chair set is a perfect example of China recognizing what Western consumers want. This table and chair set not only is built of quality materials and well assembled, but the colors and size of the items make them perfect for children to gather around a table. I can remember 60 years ago when going to Grandma's house for holiday dinners that us kids could not sit at the adult's table. Instead we had an old card table with four rickety chairs that didn't allow us to eat without having unintended accidents. If only we had a table and chair set like this one back then. I greatly appreciate the fact that this set came with "no assembly required". It was well packed and protected and came in a space efficient box, evidently surviving a long trip from China. Easy to unpack and set up, attractive in appearance, I'm sure that the grandchildren will enjoy it on their next visit. You will not be disappointed.

this was such a good purchase. I have my grandkids over a lot and this is so easy for them to sit and eat their lunch or snacks at. They love it. It’s the perfect size for grandkids and it’s very good quality and looks nice

Durable but it is not easily foldable for the chairs. Here's the way to do it but you'll need some pliers, I have a needle nose: Turn the chair over so it's upside down, look at the metal bar that says "push to unlock" (ha, yeah right). I position the chair so the metal bar is down toward your lap. I'm right handed, but this might still work for left handers out there. Put the tip of the pliers in the middle of the bar, have a fairly good grip on it, twist your hand to the left so it lifts the bar, then it should be able to unfold. Found this out by just messing with it. This shouldn't have to require a tool, adult strength just doesn't work alone here. Either way, it's still a good safety feature how it seriously locks so your kiddos won't accidently fold over. All in all, a good set, just unnecessarily pricey but I wanted the foldable feature compared to the cheaper plastic bulky sets. We have the blue one. We only had it 1 day and it was no match for pizza stains, so beware. I could care less about the stains, kids are walking messes anyway. If that bothers you, buy the black one.

This set is perfect for our son’s room! It would match any theme because the chairs are all different colors. My only complaint: they will NOT fold correctly. Putting them away and trying to take camping is a pain in the a*** We almost broke one of the chairs because it’s so hard to fold them. Hindsight: might be a good thing, so kiddos don’t collapses them on their hands or fall out of them.
