Good product. Easy to take and effective for staying hydrated. I’ve noticed better energy levels and fewer muscle cramps. Would recommend.

I was having terrible cramps in my muscles looked it up and advised dehydration and to try electrolytes...only been on these 5 days and can really feel the difference they have given me my old body back

Got these as water balance and they contain magnesium. I like this product but wish tablets were smaller. Take 2 a day but have to snap tablets in half and not the easiest to swallow

Very nice (large) bottle arrived next day. Great price for 4 months supply. Tablets are rather big to swallow but are scored so can be halved if needed.

Have found these useful in reducing night cramps. I take 2 a few hours before bed , certainly notice the difference if I forget.

They're great! I bought them because I knew there was going to be a heatwave during a festival I was going to. I can't deal with the heat very well, and I was on my period as well, so these electrolytes were a lifesaver. I was sweating like crazy, but every time I took one, I felt better almost immediately. Just make sure you drink plenty of water too :)

Lo uso regolarmente come supporto alla mia attività sportiva, prendendo una compressa ogni mattina. Mi sembra un buon prodotto per reintegrare sali minerali ed elettroliti, soprattutto nei periodi in cui mi alleno con più costanza. Il formato da 400 compresse è comodo perché dura molto, e per il momento non ho riscontrato difetti o problemi particolari. Mi sto trovando bene e lo ricomprerei.
