It is lightweight and compact, perfect for travel. I have thick, long hair and it dries my hair completely in 5-8 minutes. Review: Twofer - I had a T3 years ago and I wasn’t impressed with it but they sure have changed. This is so lightweight, so compact and works quickly and efficiently. I was a little disconcerted when it sucked my hair into the motor the first time I used it but if you look out for that, you’ll be fine. This probably will not matter to anybody else, but my long-haired Lhasa Apso has always hated being dried with a Flying Pig meant for dogs and she would run away after the first minute or two. This one, she really likes, her hair comes out nice and straight, dries her fast, doesn’t dry her skin and she actually leans into my leg, urging me to keep drying her. Two happy campers for the price of one. I look forward to traveling with it this summer.

I love it!
This is replacing a sedu revolution lite that I had for over 10 years. I wanted something about the same size and weight and this was perfect. I hate holding a heavy dryer (or heavy anything) up to my head. It’s awful when drying your hair leaves you hot and tired. It has the same power as the sedu (1400 watts, so not the highest) but it still dries my hair in 5 minutes. The air flow in high feels soft and controlled, not wildly blowing my hair all over. It feels wonderful in my hand - light, well made, and sturdy. And it’s so pretty. This is my main daily use hair dryer. If you want it for travel, The handle doesn’t fold, but I’ve also found that folding handles feel less sturdy and are more prone to breakage.

Not quite the "luxury" product I expected, but wow is it effective!
I have never owned a hairdryer that cost more than *maybe* $40 at the very most. I always dread drying my hair because I can only use the low speed since the noise bothers me so much when the dryer is on high, and usually just opt for wrapping it in a towel and letting it dry overnight. I decided to try this one after reading many reviews. My initial impression wasn't great: for something that I consider a substantial investment, the packaging felt very cheap, and the concentrator also felt cheap when snapping it onto the hair dryer. The whole machine just doesn't feel like I expected at all. I did intend to send it back, but then I tested it out. Unfortunately, my hair got sucked into the fan, which has never happened to me in my entire life. I do think that was just because I am used to a much larger hair dryer, and after that happened once I was easily able to keep that from happening again. I timed how long it took to dry my medium-length hair, and it went from freshly showered and towel-dried to 100% dry in under eight minutes! It wasn't as quiet as I had hoped, but I would compare the sound level on high to what most hair dryers I've used sound like on low. I was able to hear my music over the sound of it, which will improve my daily routine significantly. It's also lightweight enough that my arms weren't tired whatsoever, another first for me. Overall, now that I've used this dryer, I'm pleased with it. Now that I know what a difference a nicer hair dryer can make, I may save up for The Brand Name one everyone talks about and see what that's like, but I expect the T3 Micro will be either my main or travel hair dryer for a very long time.

Finally a lower fan speed!
Finally an ionic hair dryer that has a low and high fan speed! I have short, fine hair and the other ionic dryers I've tried are meant for people with a lot of hair and the need for high fan speed, which was way too much for me. I highly recommend this hair dryer!

T3 Defective Products and Poor to Non-Existent Customer Service
Their attachment parts are absolutely the cheapest quality you can buy. The concentrator on mine (and according to many online reviews) cracked apart numerous times. Customer service at T3 was completely unhelpful and forced all their customers to pay more than the cost of the part to ship a replacement part for their defective product that would only break again. I would never buy from this company again. That isn’t how you treat customers. They are still selling these defective concentrators online and continue to take customers money. Sad.

Favorite Hair Dryer
T3 is my favorite hair dryer. This smaller version drys just as well as the larger T3 dryer.

Great if you have joint problems!
I actually bought this after I dropped and broke my larger T3 my husband bought me for Christmas about 8 years ago. The heating element stopped working, and despite both my husband and my ten-year-old taking it apart to try to fix it, we could never figure it out. I have a joint condition that specifically affects my hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders, so cheaper blow dryers are a no-go for me since they take so much longer, requiring me to hold my hands above my head longer as well. My husband actually suggested this one, thinking it might be lighter weight and easier for me to handle. It definitely is! And I swear it has just as much drying power as the larger version. I don't know if I will ever go back to the full size dryer at this point lol. Great dryer for the price.

I purchased a blow dryer many years ago, and it has held up! I’ve been using this blow dryer on the daily and sometimes twice a day to dry my hair. The air coming out is not what I would consider high-powered but the luxury of it is that you can style your hair nicely. If anything ever did go wrong with this blow dryer I would definitely purchase it again so for anyone who’s questioning it I would recommend to go for it.

I bought the larger version at Costco a couple of months ago and extremely happy with it. It just dawned on me when someone mentions that it doesn't come with a diffuser. I happen to see this "baby" hair dryer , so cute and compact and what I have been looking for. However it doesn't come with a diffuser and had to purchase a diffuser for $35 extra but I think it's totally worth it. It is lightweight, compact and I find the heat is the same as the larger one. I will be returning the larger one to Costco for a refund. No need to have two hairdryers

Overall it is a good product. I am disappointed with the styling attachment. It slipped and fell in the first month and 1 of the tabs cracked off, then the second one cracked off, and now there are cracks all through the attachment. This is the first time I have paid so much for a hair dryer. I've never had issues with cheap hair dryers. I would have given 5-star except for the issue with the styling attachment.

Wasn’t sure if the size would make it less powerful than my previous full-sized hair dryer - but not at all! It’s lightweight and quieter than my last hair dryer and dries my long hair so much faster. Also really like the placement of the heat and power settings - they don’t accidentally get turned off or switched when you’re drying your hair (IYKYK). This dryer has exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend
