Size is a little big ,harder to swallow 😯 for older people. So only take once a day .

It is extremely difficult to swallow, even when broken in half. It gets stuck in my throat for several minutes before going down. I wouldn't say it was painful, but extremely uncomfortable.

It's less absorbable than more expensive ones, but sheer dose makes it work and reducing acidity as well. Beware, the tablets are huge!

اسوء مكمل كااسيوم على وجه الارض ، والله العظيم كأني اتناول تراب ، وسبب لي مشاكل وسبب سعال شديد الى درجة خروج دم مع السعال ، انتبهو من هذا المكمل وحتى دكتور بيرج حذر منه وانا مدري ليش الى حد الان باقي يبيعونه ، وانصح بدلاً منه لاكتات الكالسيوم ، والنصيحه الافضل انك تاخذ الكالسيوم من مصادر الغذاء مثل السمسم وهذا افضل بمليون مره !
