Floribunda features 20 stunningly intricate illustrations of flowers to color. Printed on high-quality card, each large-scale illustration can be colored with a variety of media and can easily be removed for framing. Coloring fans and botanical enthusiasts of all ages will love these gorgeous bouquets. Review: Another treasure found! Advanced colorists look! - Subject Matter: 5/5 If you consider yourself as advanced colorist, sick and tired of paisleys&mandalas this is the book you should try. Lineart is detailed, beautiful and not too overwhelming no patterns or mandala fillers either, all gorgeous flower art. And the book is nice and BIG! Paper: 5/5 Single-side printed pages, thick watercolor paper and easy to tear out each page - love love love! This book will work with all colored pencils, markers and watercolor. Personally I don't know if artists have any say in paper quality but I sure hope they do catch on this. It is very annoying to see books with gorgeous art, only with meh paper. I am willing for pay for quality. Coloring Medium: 5/5 This book is intended for heavy materials like watercolor or markers. While markers still might shadow(but not bleed) to the back side it takes both marker inks and watercolors very well. The pages are not perforated but is easy to tear out each page, so you shouldn't have to worry about something bleeding through. Total: 5/5 There should be more books like this format. I left a similar review for Jade Gedeon and I strongly feel that there should be more books like this. I am tired of being limited by poor paper quality or having to give up what I like to color with, by the way the book is printed(single/double side printing thus limiting markers etc). While this is one of higher priced books it is definitely worth it, but may be not right for beginners. Review: 20 Beautiful Floral Designs – designs printed on one side of heavyweight card stock - This is a beautifully published book with gorgeous floral illustrations. The inside of both the front and back covers have color botanical depictions of the flowers that are included in the designs should you wish to color their natural tones. While there are no framing lines at the outer edges, all of the floral elements are finished at the edges so there are no “dangling” elements left to deal with. The cover of the book is hinged with a secondary cover beneath it. The actual pages are glue bound but with the type of binding that allows you to remove pages easily and in whole (think of a notepad type of binding.) The paper, which is a light weight card stock, is a light cream tone with a slight amount of roughness to it. The paper is such a nice quality, it will be easy to remove and frame these if you wish. My various coloring medium all worked well with this edition. I tested a variety of alcohol-based makers with the paper. The paper works fantastic with these markers with only the slightest amount of bleed through. I would still use a blotter page of card stock below my working page to keep seeping ink from marring the rest of the book. Water-based markers, India ink pens, and gel pens did not bleed through at all. The gel pens required more drying time than usual. Both oil and wax based pencils worked well with this paper with go=ood pigment, layering and blending.

Perfect coloring book!
This is by far the most beautiful and well made book I have found to color in! I'm so in love with the botanicals and the quality of paper! The artist, Leila Duly is very talented at realism and detail. This book is not for the faint of heart. It's an intricate and complex book to color. I've used watercolor pencils on my drawing below and I loved how well they performed on the thick high quality paper. Watercolors would work beautifully with the paper as well as markers with no bleeding through. Each design is on one side and the finished pages are beautiful enough to be framed! I highly recommend this book but if you are looking for an easy coloring project this is not your book. If you like intricate realism and botanicals this is for you! Please buy this book. I wish more books came with this quality and format. I'm spoiled now and using lesser quality books has lost its charm for me.

The BEST floral coloring book for artists!
This paper is astonishing. It's high quality art paper, suitable for watercolor and colored pencil. The flowers are beautifully drawn and arranged appealingly. The front and back covers have full-color references of many of the flowers found in the book. The flowers in each image are listed in decorative text at the bottom of each page. Not only is it easy to match them to the covers, it's easy to search Google to find all sorts of reference photos for color variations and how to shade them. This isn't the sort of book I color in to unwind, because it's too nice for that! Between the paper quality and the stunning images, these are the sort of pictures you'll want to frame and hang up or give away as gifts. Well worth the price paid - I will probably end up ordering a second one as soon as I finish the first. (Crossing my fingers Leila Duly publishes another one soon!)

My FAVORITE coloring book of all time!
THIS is my all time favorite coloring book. The pages are heavy "card stock" so no bleed through with paint pens or watercolors, as well as no colored pencil pressure marks on the pages behind the one I'm coloring. The drawings are fabulous! I wish there were more coloring books like this one, but as of this writing, I've not found any others of this quality. This card stock paper accepts all types of coloring mediums perfectly. I use colored pencils, watercoloring, and paint pens, and all work great with this paper. The intricate designs are not only beautiful but just challenging enough to make if fun and interesting. When I complete all the pages, if I cannot find another coloring book of this quality, I will buy this one again and begin again...it's that wonderful. I'll share some I've colored already... one is still in progress.

Beautiful book
This coloring book is one of the most beautiful I have come across. For everyone out there looking for a high quality floral coloring book, this is it. Here are some of the main things that are impressive about this book. 1-The paper is what I would call a heavy weight card stock with a little tooth/texture to it. 2-It is one sided and oversized as well with plenty of room around the edge should you decide to removed your finished work to mat & frame. 3-Because of the weight of the paper, watercolor pencils or markers work wonderfully without the need to have a backer between sheets - I have used watercolor pencils for all of mine thus far. 4-Very detailed, realistic drawings. Overall a beautiful, high quality coloring book.

Very intricate botanical coloring book if that’s your thing I recommend it highly
This is a wonderful book by a very incredible botanical artist – it’s more of a artist edition book because of its size and the pages can come out I would recommend using colored pencil or I don’t know about Margot but I think Marcus would work I do know that these are card stock pages in the watercolor are you soaked right and I had to cheat my pages with either gesso or watercolor ground - I also found that using my watercolor pencils were better than my pan or tube paints due to the. Intricacy of ghe designs ... I took off one star because of the card stock I don’t like to color on it and I had a hard time with many brands of pencils but that’s just me maybe and I have seen incredible work unless book and I am glad I got it I got it used like new and I find that buying certain coloring books that are like that that only have let’s say someone cover discoloration from being shelved is the way I like to try books I’ve seen but have never felt in my own hands - thus I’ve cane with a few Of those but I knew that when I bought it so I think this was a great purchase I’m glad I got it and I do recommend it.

Excellent book. Lovely thick card printed on one side only and helpful coloured pictures of the various flowers to help you if you need it. Easy to split the pages for framing. Can we have more colouring books of this quality please ?

Fantastisch
