This is more bulky than I thought. Maybe my leg is too small because I have to velcro it to the very max and it rubs on my leg. I need to wear a sock that I cut just to keep it from rubbing on my inner knee and causing discomfort and a rash. Otherwise, it DOES provide the support that I need to further the healing of my meniscus tear.

I use these braces on both knees at times. They work well for support while I'm playing tennis. Although I've tried other brands and different designs, I found these to be the best without overdoing it, i.e., with minimum material around my knees. The Velcro holds well even when I'm doing a lot of sprinting/running. I highly recommend these if you're not looking for a large knee brace.

You must be a certain build and size for this to work. For me it's waaay too painful.

Not a bit of support unless you make it so tight you cut off your circulation. I feel this is a total gimmick item and lends No Medical aid. Gammy Horrified

This dual strap offers excellent support above and below the knee, stabilizing the quadriceps on top and the patellar tendon underneath. I highly recommend it for added stability and support!

I bought this for my Dad and he was really happy with it. It kept his knee stable and it helped him on walks.

I LOVED this brace it was a perfect fit, perfect length and was comfortable. But I started realizing my leggings were getting snagged. At first I assumed it was the new leggings, but I noticed snags in all of my leggings I had worn. I had to return the product. I really loved it otherwise, but it was a major let down to realize it was ruining my clothes.
