This is a core book for a module in mental health studies. I found the first chapter to be excellent. I did not put the book down until I had finished the chapter. I was able to relate the chapter to other patients on the ward and their smiliar shared experiences. I did not know what to expect but it put things into perspective. Easy read.The stick mat. I need to get use to using it. It has been good so far.Aderma Cream. I have been using this product for years. It keeps to keep my eczema under control.
