Good value
I’ve used almost everyday since it arrived. I gave it 5 stars because overall it is just what I ordered. My only complaint are the stencils. Cute, but disappointed at the size and variety. I found difficult to use with the lame. I am better free handing my designs.

These things are great if you can get your wife to use them.
I like them but we haven’t used them very much. Nice set tho.

Nice gift for a first time bread maker
This set gives you everything you need to get started with bread making. The basket is sturdy and smooth - there are no splinters on it. I washed the muslin cover and it still fit comfortably over the basket. The dough scraper is better than expected with a wood handle and very sturdy blade. The design templates are a fun addition. The set includes a lame with 5 razor blades, a small brush, and a whisk. All you need to get started is the sourdough starter. The cost is very reasonable.

Daughter is suddenly a baker
Got this kit for my daughter for Christmas. She has been baking the best Sour Dough bread. She really loves the kit

Visually very small
So I’ve been baking bread for several months now and I thought I would try my hand at sourdough, so I got this kit after some research. Try not to laugh. I measured my bread pan and did all the things. Order the sack figured it had everything that I wanted a little more than I needed. But 8 inches overall is literally the span of your hand because they measure the top the 8 inches but then it narrows down to about a 6 inch which is problematic because my loaf pan is 9 inches. I don’t even need the round one. Just got it because it was just in the set I’m not going to to talk this company too much because I it’s just I think my inexperience with this type of baking but I just can’t imagine who would be baking this bread in the small of a loaf for one person two people maybe anyhow I’m excited to give it a whirl but I’m not sure it will be one that I use very much just because it’s so small and the bread I make is for every day sandwich, slicing normally speaking
