Not everything was included I expected.
I don't like to do reviews with less than a week of having the product, but having said that, here are my thoughts:You may not get what is shown. The pictures clearly showed an optical drive and one questiion asked was did it come with one, which was answered in the affirmative. I didn't get one. I'll have to add one at a later time, but it will have to be external, which I did not want. It was a factor in my decision to get this one, so disappointing. It has functioned well so far (less than a week) and arrived well-packed and as stated, in like-new condition. No sign of wear. Mouse and keyboard (both wireless) appear to be new as well.I'm not a heavy user nor a gamer, so I can't help in these areas. Win 11home was installed and easy to set-up, connect to the internet, print, and so on without any problems.Buying refurbished can be 'iffy', but I was not disappointed in this respect and saved about $500.

Great Build for $$... Get a warranty
I have had this rig for about a week, it runs great with all modern games at low to high settings. I had an average of about 215 fps on ultra settings for Rainbow Six and had about 264 fps on low settings. I included two images with the benchmark results for siege, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK it includes several details from GPU temp to RAM usage. If it can play siege well then it can basically do any game in my opinion. All in all this build can do just as much as my Razer blade 15 laptop with a 2070 Max-Q card and I also ran Wolfenstein The New Colossus just fine on medium settings. The PC isn't that loud at all and it keeps the GPU under 80 C. It might hover at 79 C but that's not a big deal. The 32 GB of ram is awesome load times are short. The computer does well with two monitors but you need to get an HDMI cord and a display port. Can't just have HDMI. This is a very good lower-cost build.10/14/21- Was having wifi issues but it wasn't a huge problem Ubisoft servers just hate this computer specifically, but about a week ago it would no longer display to my monitors (I used the Display Port and HDMI ports). I took it to a PC repair shop and they told me the graphics card died. I have a warranty thank God but I will have to get a new graphics card. But overall, this computer has been a trooper but some of its parts are just lower quality and may break in the future.

Great Deal On An Expandable PC
I found this great deal on a refurbished unit. My initial delivery, which arrived late, turned out to be a completely different machine. I complained and got a 50 dollar Amazon credit. Cool. They then sent the correct PC. (Was that Amazon's fault or the seller...?)It's a pretty bare-bones unit, but I wanted it for the 10th gen i7 processor. First thing I did was remove the measely 8GB RAM and inserted 64GB (2 sticks of 32, which is the max this board will take.) I then tossed the 1TB 3.5" HDD (seriously- I threw it away. I work in IT and these are relics from another age.)I replaced the 16GB Optane memory with a 1TB Evo Plus SSD. I threw in another 1TB SSD for music storage and actually kept the oprical drive for ripping CDs.I also added a 50 dollar StarTech USB to HDMI video adapter, as I was concerned about adding a video card on this very light-weight 180 watt power supply and wasn't going to go with VGA out to one of my two monitors. All parts were purchased on Amazon. Now I have my new desktop/media server.Cool thing is, I sold my 2 year-old gaming machine (I don't game, I just had to have a PC as good as the one I built for my step-son) and got this one for half the price.

UPS is horrible, Prime Much better.
The only thing I worry about is keeping this cool, or if the card is renewed, and once used for crypto farming, I didn't think about used cards being sold by crypto farmers, I won't buy a used card again, although I'm not sure if this one is used, even though so far it's working great. You need to use external fans to keep this cool with modern games, or upgrade the pcu and the internal fans because this box isn't made to keep gpu's cool, I may even switch boxes which is more of a chore, but that's why the price, the high storage space, and ram. I'm happy now, although UPS left it out on the porch and I didn't know until 2am my gaming PC was on the porch a day early, ups has always been horrible. Prime takes pictures, you get an alert, just better than UPS.

Great value, small hiccups, overall very happy
When I purchased this, the unit that arrived to me was dead. It would not power on for more than 10-15 seconds. I contacted the seller directly and was able to return the unit with a label that they provided free of charge. They identified a short on the motherboard and mailed me a second unit. It was worked very well. It's quiet and I can running Call of Duty: Warzone and other games at 120+fps on a 1440p 144hz monitor without trouble. I am able to stream too!As a side note, I did have to initialize and format the internal 1TB drive, as it was not recognized when I first received the unit. If you have a similar question (where is my storage?) check to see if you have to reformat a drive too.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Hasta el momento, ha funcionado muy bien. Hubiera preferido que trajera Windows 10, pero el 11 ha resultado buena opción.
