Came as shown, no problems at all

It's not metal it's just a plastic housing
Also the knob was bent pretty good but other than it works good and it comes with a wiring diagram that is very helpful. I would recommend this for your HHO project.

One smoked up just as soon as it got plugged in.
Just plugged the other one in and blew it, not heavy duty enough I thoyght I ordered heavier! Oh well !

WORTHLESS, DO NOT BUY THIS.
Failed after a minute of usage with only 2 volts of input! What a RIP OFF! Will never buy this again...
