I have to ship this overseas and want to know if there's an inner plastic sealed packaging keeping the potatoes leakproof or is it "loose?" thanks.

What type of non-dairy milk works best? Thanks

Coconut milk works great. Warm about 3/4 cup. Mix potatoes and water well first. Over stirring after adding milk may make texture quite dense.
