It has its own wifi that you connect your device to and can control it or use the camera. It also comes with a controller. I would only recommend purchasing for a child that you are testing their interests with, it is a very weak device, I initially thought I had received a defective one but after reviewing many of the comments it seems they just made the cars very slow and they get stuck on just about anything. You cannot drive them in grass, sand, uneven dirt they just get stuck on any little thing. Unfortunately because it’s such a cool idea I wanted to try to get my work to buy a bunch of them but it is too weak.

Can u live you live stream?

I'm not sure this will answer your question. You can use an app to get a first person perspective and control the toy. If you record the event you can probably transfer that video. But as to live streaming so others can view you playing the toy "live" I don't think it was made for that purpose. Please be aware that the wifi signal through my experience and opinion, was horrible. I returned 2 purchases and not intend on purchasing in the future.
