I use it very often, and it has been very helpful for my two-year-old daughter during the cold season, when flu and colds start coming around. It’s a very complete multivitamin, and in my personal experience, I feel it has helped her stay stronger during these months. The quality, texture, and flavor of the product are excellent. The flavor helps improve the taste. The consistency makes it easy to swallow. I take it 3-4 times per week. Drinking juice or milk right after swallowing helps remove cod flavor aftertaste.
