Difficult to operate
This machine took a lot of time to start operating. User manual is very deficient in providing any information. I am still not able to download driver on the windows.Customer service is not very efficient,I am a beginner and this machine is taking a lot of my time.

Laser burn with fun and simplistically
Awesome piece of equipment. Great hobby.and easy to set up and use,even with me being disabled ,had no problems.Seller was great also no issues at all.thank you.im having great fun,already mad a house sign.
