The pro combo really makes it worth it honestly. the RevenEye is a game changer technology on the RS 2. I can now put the wireless transmitter on any of my cameras and have a nice wireless speed without lag and i dont have to bring the monitors with me everywhere now. i can control the camera and the gimbal from a smart phone or tablet remotely. The gimbal itself is very reliable and super stable. it works well with different sized of cameras and you can find the list of the compatible cameras from DJI official website. I usually shoot3-4 hours at a time, and I can do a full week filming and not have to worry about the battery life on this. the locking-arm feature is the most convenient factor of the entire machine, is has saved me so much time. Such a good improvement from the last generation.

Excelente estabilizador para cámaras profesionales de tamaño compacto. Me ha servido mucho en la industria cinematográfica. Sí,. requiere paciencia, capacitación y dominio. Después de un año sigo aprendiendo de sus funciones, pero de que logra muy bien el objetivo, si lo logra. Lo tengo desde el 2022 y ya lo he usado en varios filmes que quedaron en festivales internacionales de cine. Hasta la fecha ha funcionado bastante bien.

The Raveneye is around $260 bucks (as of the time of this review), which makes the Pro combo more than a bargain since it also comes with more cables, phone holder, focus motor and accessories. RS2 alone is $850, and with the combo is $999. You'd be crazy if you buy this without the combo since you get a lot for an extra $150. Everything about this speaks of attention to detail. The interface is a huge advantage, the shortcuts, the little fucntions that make the gimbal so user friendly. The focus ring and trigger work quite well, and you can customize what do you want to control with it. The record button if half pressed and hold acts as half pressing the suhutter button in your camera, so you can select focus if using the autofocus of the camera. It is quick and easy to stabilize before use, or changing lenses, all parts slide with gentle use of force. It manage to stabilize and work well with the 135mm 1.8 GM. I know! This is designed to work with up to 100mm, but I wanted to test it with this lens which I think is one of the best lenses out there. It did struggle a bit with this focal lens but it was not unusable. With other focal lenses like 20mm and 50mm, it is marvelous. Anyways, with that 135mm the camera and lens are around 4 pounds, plus the focus motor and the Raven eye plus cables added up a bit more. It held up quite well. I noticed that connected with the raven eye the RS2 battery life is not as good as without it. Maybe because it is always charging the Raveneye. Cons? Well. Everything could always be improved, as of this moment... I would like firmware updates that can gove more. Amera controls and compatibility. That the Raveneye was easier to set up since it can be glicthy sometimes while setting up. Once it's working, it works

Buy this if you are a videographer! It seriously has changed my film quality tremendously. You will not regret it! I use it any time I am recording. Yes, it is heavy, but it makes taking steady videos a breeze. I put marks on it according to where it needs to be set up for my camera to make set up simpler and quicker. It does take some YouTubing and practice to understand how to set it up, but after a few times, set up will take less than 3 minutes. I am a wedding videographer, and it will typically last a full wedding day.
