Q: What colors come in this set?

This set includes one 30ml bottle each of China Black, Cobalt Blue, Sepia & Walnut.

Q: Do the inks work well with dip pens? I bought one at an art supply store and can't get it to flow even after diluting it.

The Sennelier Inks do work very well with Dip Pens, Brushes and an array of tools. It is not recommended for cartridge pens because of the shellac base, it can clog a cartridge pen. Dip pens will have various size, shape and flow qualities, so I would see that the pen nib is functioning as you expect. The ink should be thoroughly shaken before use, and should be near the consistency of water, so should not need to be diluted unless for a desired effect.
