Q: What is the waist size range for this belt? Will it fit men's size 38 pants?

I'm not sure the maximum capacity, but it will fit 38, quite comfortably if I may say so myself.

Q: Do they make good belts for pistol holsters?

Im thinking buy a Smart Carry holster, which is kinda like a fanny pack holster with its own belt that sits inside the waist band, AND these elastic type belts. When you draw, you shift your shirt and your pants to access your concealed carry and draw with your shooting hand. That way I just wear one size up pants and my hand can fit in there with this elastic belt.

This belt is wonderfully adjustable and truly one size fits most - up to 40″ (101.6cm)

Q: I wear a size 42 on pants. Will this be too small for me or will it fit?

It might, I wouldn’t waist, (get it) time buying it the buckle part is a little wide and a pain in the rear to get through pant loops. I’m sure there are better belts out there. Just sayin!
