Q: Which is better for hair and body, the bar or the liquid?

I have both on hand and I use the bar for hair and body, the results are the same but using the liquid is more wasteful IN MY OPINION, it is cheaper to use the bar (obviously, this depends on your personal washing habits et cetera...and YOU COULD dilute the liquid and store it in an empty shampoo bottle...BUT ANYWAY, I have been using DOCTOR BRONNER'S products for years and the above is how I have sorted it out for myself...as far as I can tell the results look and feel the same whichever mode you employ)

Q: Is it sulfate free? (i can only use sulfate free shampoo) thank you!

just by reading the ingredients on the label, in the photo of the ROSE FLAVOR, I do not see any sulfates I think you will be happy...my favorite use is (with the LIQUID PEPPERMINT flavor) washing clothes...laundry detergents are nasty in comparison
