I ordered this item with much excitement. But it turned out to be disappointing and a shock. The box carton is premium looking no doubt. Inside there's a phone cover, temper glass with instructions, wipes and a tiny manual on how to install the phone cover. The issue with this is that it's a phone cover imported in 2/2017. Now I mention this because the rubber material near the volume button and charging areas got torn without any effort when trying to insert as per instructions. I believe the rubber material has expired beyond it's shelf life. There is definitely some deterioration of the rubber material as it's an old imported product by the seller. If a phone cover that claims to protect phone from damages and falls gets torn or ripped upon the first time trying to install or insert the phone, then the probability that it will provide protection to the phone is doubtful. I'm returning this item.
