Love the shampoo and conditioner but the package clearly states that a free bag is included. Not a deal breaker but removed one star for false advertising. Should have read others reviews first...where they have had the same issue.

I read the reviews, most were good. Not for my hair. This shampoo is so thick it doesn't penetrate hair so it doesn't get clean. The conditioner is worse. It has the consistency of thick paste. Can't get it out of the tube, can't spread it, hard to rinse and leaves my hair in worse condition, dry and frizzy.

I have heavily processed hair and this set is amazing. It's smells heavenly and the conditioner is perfection for dry hair. Won't buy anything else!It also lasts a long time because you don't need to use much, even for thick hair.

I used to use Biolage hydrating shampoo and conditioning balm years ago and have finally come to my senses and came back to it. It is as wonderful as ever. My hair feels like it has been treated at a spa. I recommend this product 100%.

This is a great hair product. I really, really wanted the bag, unfortunately there was no bag and box is different, not showing bag.
