Comfortable chair
I usually spend about 10 hours a day seating in a chair. My old chair was nice, but it broke 10 years after I bought it. So, I got on the market looking for a new chair. I spent several days browsing Amazon and reading reviews. It was not easy to choose. I decided to give this one a try as it seemed to be reasonably priced, I was okay with its negative sides pointed in the reviews and I liked the way it was advertised. I placed an order. The chair was shipped from California and I got it within 2 days. It took me about 30 minutes to unpack and assembly it, not too bad, I think. My first impression was WOW. Later I found some downsides, but they don’t bother me too much.PROS:- Easy to assemble- Good quality- Headrest- Mesh material- Back support- PriceCONS:- The armrests can’t be removed so I needed to raise my desk by a couple of inches- I wish the headrest angle adjustment could be locked

VERY satisfied with this ergo chair with superior lumbar support - can't beat the price!
I wish I could have bought this chair decades ago! As a software developer and tax preparer who works long hours on computers every day, this has got to be the best chair I have ever used to do my work. The lumbar support was the key feature for me and this chair exceeds all expectations where every other chair has failed. The design is perfect and the materials are superior and the chair is light!Easy to assemble - as you put this together you will see tags that guide you to assemble the arms and seat in the proper direction. Extra screws provided along with the only tool you will need. I'll be appreciating this chair for a long time!

Very solid chair, comfortable, but armrests and headrest are not what I need
It is a solid chair. I have two qualms that for some people may or may not matter. I find that the arm rests are never quite in the right position. For reference I am 5’10” 170 with a more athletic build. The armrests tend to be too far away from my body so I wish there was an additional movement to bring them in closer. I also wish that they could slide further toward the back of the chair. I find that they sit too far forward. They are padded well and don’t bother my arms or elbows though so that is a plus. The headrest is also a gripe of mine. I would prefer for it to move forward more to actually offer support. I only ever use it when laying fully back.Other than that I find that the chair itself is comfortable as I sit for extended periods of time. It does not get hot ever(benefit of the mesh). The assembly was simple and the chair is sturdy. I don’t worry about it breaking any time soon. All in all it is a solid chair but I hardly use the armrests or head rest because I find the positioning a bit awkward. I think for most it will work quite well but for me it works just okay.

An absolute must have for anyone spending more than an hour in a sitting position!
I keep asking myself how I survived the whole year working from home without this chair? I wish I would’ve purchased it before my back started hurting after sitting for a year in a leather executive chair, which was in my office only out of the overall design considerations (and hardly used before the COVID). It went straight to the curb once I sat in this one. The lumbar support is exceptional! And I love that it’s made out of mesh material, keeps your body cool and comfortable at all times. Setting it up was very easy (even for a person who procrastinates any “snap together” assembly) - nuts and bolts are sealed in separate clear boxes signed “for headrest”, “”for arms”, etc. with an allen wrench provided to tighten them up. So, giving it a 5 stars rating. One of the best investments into my own health!

Not a Quality Chair
This chair is very uncomfortable and cheaply made. The whole thing is cheap plastic. The seat is short and the edge of the seat hits me mid thigh, which cuts off my circulation. After about 15 minutes my legs have fallen asleep and my entire lower body is completely numb. The mesh seat is cheap and not comfortable. Also, the hydraulic adjustment has already failed. If I adjust the seat up, it will only stay for a few minutes before it begins sinking back down.I agree with other comments that this product is a scam. It is definitely not worth over 200 dollars.

Well built chair, but has some issues
TLDR: Very well built chair, but lumbar support is not adjustable and is a pain to remove, armrests are a bit wobbly out of the box, and locking mechanism for the recline is not very adjustable. Background:As of the writing of this review (1/18/21) I've only had the chair about a week. I'm a 6ft tall, 185lb man. I work from home and play quite a bit of video games so I generally spend between 6 and 12 hours a day at my desk.Pros:First, I was genuinely impressed with how solid the materials for this chair are. The wheelbase is made of metal, the armrests are made from a nice thick plastic, the mesh that the chair is made from feels sturdy but still has some give to it, and it comes with a second set of wheels that look like they were taken straight from some rollerblades. in general, this chair just feels really robust. I enjoy the general feeling of the chair and it's fairly comfortable (for the most part, see cons.). The adjustable Headrest is a nice touch, but I only ever use it while reclining. The armrest can move up and down about 3 inches and feel sturdy despite the wobble they have out of the box. To be fair, most office chairs I've seen with adjustable arms have this issue, so it doesn't bother me personally. In addition, the pads at the top of the arm wrest and move forward and backward about 4 inches and can change the angle by about 10 degrees to either the left or right. I don't really use the feature, but I can see how that would be useful to someone. The recline mode has a wonderfully tensioned spring and honestly, my favorite part of the chair is unlocking it and rocking back and forth. Overall, I like the ErgoPro, however it has some cons that make it hard for me to give this chair any more than 3 stars.Cons:The biggest con of the ErgoPro is the lumbar support. It isn't adjustable. At all. And the default position of the lumbar position actively hurts my lower back if I sit in the chair for more than an hour. This is really unfortunate because they went to a lot of trouble to make the lumbar support very sturdy. So sturdy that it took me a full hour to pull out the brace that keeps the lumbar support in its uncomfortable position. The next issue is the locking mechanism of the recline mode for the chair. As far as I can tell it has only 3 angles that it locks in; fully upright, fully reclined, and half-way between reclined and upright. I generally like to have my chairs leaned by slightly when I'm sitting for a long time, so this is a little annoying for me. Fortunately, the spring in the recline of the chair is so good that if I tension it correctly I can rock back and forth to achieve the angle I like. Still, Its annoying that I can't lock the chair at any angle. Finally, as mentioned briefly in the pros section, the armwrest are a bit wobbly out of the box. I mostly expect this from any chair that has adjustable arms. I have yet to see a chair in this price point that has good adjustable armrests. Still, it is a bit disappointing how sloppy the fit of the armrests is on the chair given how well engineered the rest of it is.Overall, I quite like the chair after taking out the lumbar support and I'll be keeping it. But, I expected a bit more for a chair that's nearly $230. Hopefully, the folks over at ObjectChair read this, because I really enjoyed your marketing and think the chair is almost a really amazing product, you just have to fix a few things.
