The PERFECT post op bra. Look no further.
The perfect post breast surgery bra. This is the one! Trust me. If I am taking the time as a busy working Mom to write this review, read and know I mean it. I had a redo lift and a bit of a reduction. This bra was more than excellent. Here is why: There are 4 hooks in front. Post op day 2 after the bandage wrap is removed, I started on the first hook, as swelling goes down, you can position them accordingly. I started with the bottom hook and could adjust all 4 independently as needed. No one else has this feature. It made all the difference. I am a 34 C/D and I started with the large, wore it for about 10 days, once I ended up on the last hook, switched to a medium. Buy both the medium and large. Comfy, washes well, supportive.

LOVE THIS BRA ...
I never leaves reviews, because everything I order is never right! I had a Breast reduction on 7-23-18 and needed a good light compression bra. The hospital bra was a joke and my Plastic surgeon was not sure what size I would be. I was a 38G pre-surgery ... by the looks of things I guessed I would be a D cup, with all the swelling. I ordered an XL and prayed! I received my bra yesterday and when I put it on I was amazed! I am on the very last hook ... but know that my breasts will be smaller after swelling, so that’s perfect! You can definitely wear this bra after all is healed too! Trust me I am a skeptic! This bra works! I know it’s my first day, but if something changes I will be back to let you all know!

Runs very small, sizing charts provided are inaccurate
So disappointed in this item, particularly since so many speak highly of it! Both of the sizing charts (Amazon's, and the manufacturer's provided in the images), are no where close to reality. I ordered this item in a small based on my 28" underbust measurement, as well as my bust measurement, both of which fell into size small. (In another Marena style I have, the medium was too big.) The bra I received might have fit a 24" underbust, but not much more. So it was a no-go from the start. The two-inch elastic band at the underbust was also a dealbreaker: it was attached by a wide seam that would have landed directly on my healing incision lines. The fabric also seemed like it would be very stiff and uncomfortable.I'm glad it's worked for so many, but I will be returning this one and not trying again. Perhaps if you'd like to try this style, size at least one size up.

A bit disappointing but OK...
I had a SUBSTANTIAL, complex reduction done so it was pure guess work as to what size I needed as I ordered this pre-op. I ordered one that is just a bit too large. I gave it a 4 because I really do not like the stiffish scalloped edging around the bra. It digs into your skin and is really uncomfortable across/against incisions. I see quite a few of your reviews complaining of this edging. You would think it might be changed after so many complaints? IF it were changed I would continue to buy this bra but I won't with the current edging. It is too expensive a bra to put up with such an irritation. This is a "full" coverage bra but I find it digs into my arm and armpit. I am a very short person so I don't know if that is the reason or what.

Very good bra for post mastectomy recovery
4 weeks post bilateral mastectomy...cup reduced from DDD to B. I highly recommend this bra.Pros:Adjustments in shoulder length and band width are easyMaterial is soft and comfortable while providing excellent compression to control swellingCons:The band does tend to roll late in the day as swelling occurs (this could be attributed to my body shape more than a fault with the bra) Amazon has been awesome to deal with while searching for a bra I can tolerate, providing excellent options, fast delivery and easy returns for those selections that just wouldn't do.

This is the one!
Great fit! Most comfortable out of several types I bought for after my lumpectomy. I hate sleeping in bras but that was very doable in this one. It's adjustable from the front for both shoulder straps and front closure. The wide bottom band doesn't roll. The side did not rub where they took out the lymphnodes but I think that's just a roll of the dice with any bra since nobody knows where that incision will be before hand. Highly recommend you give this bra a go!

Great buy; Just what I was looking for
Needed an option where the bra and band was integrated. Found it! I had breast augmentation in January 2016, 32AA before 400 cc implants, and it was recommended that I apply pressure to my implants to provide for faster settling. I have several Carefix bras and separate band that work but the band slips and I am constantly pulling it down.I ordered the Medium as I have a 32" band and unknown cup size (somewhere between a C and DD at this point). I am wearing this the bra as I write this review and the fit is great. I am glad my stitches have healed since I notice the lower band does ride them a bit. Not a problem though. It is comfortable and really does bond well with your skin, feels almost like I am not wearing a bra at all, except for the pressure of the band. The band is the perfect width and I like that the entire band is can be used with Velcro. The only thing I would change is the ability to have Velcro on both ends, so that the band can be used left to right and vise versa. Otherwise a great buy and I would recommend, after stitches have healed.

Finally a comfortable post-op bra!
I buy a ton from Amazon but don't usually take the time to write a review. I had breast reduction surgery a week and it has been torture trying to find a bra that would give me support and be comfortable. I was so happy when I put this on. Worth the money. Ordering more right away.
