Q: What are the exact ingredients?

According to label ingredients it is sugar, water and corn syrup. If you make flan, it is easier to use this then making your own, you don’t need to worry about burning the mixture or the time it takes to make the syrup.

Q: Can i use this caramel to cover the walls of my flan mold and then baking it?

Yes. That is exactly what is for.

Q: Also, if I don’t use the syrup to cook on heat but for desserts to chill, will it still come off the pan or be stuck on it?

I like the product, but don't overdue it. I use it lightly. I have never used it with chilled desserts so can't answer that question. I have not had great success making the cooked syrup with sugar and water.
